It’s time to learn how to trust your swing, build confidence and play relaxed, focused golf.

My undertaking in creating these Mental Game Training Programs was simple – to show golfers a “process” that they can apply to each and every round and practice session, which will allow the mind to be focused in the most effective way – free from doubt, frustration, fear and other  negative distractions.

When this process becomes the focus, the outcome is more confidence and belief with every round and lower scores.

Why You Need My Mental Game Training Programs

This one’s easy. I’ve worked with a lot of golfers of all levels. I’ve even experienced it myself. Every player has so much untapped potential which is never seen because they don’t know how to utilize the power of the mind. Elite players have mastered how to do this in simple ways and these programs will show you how. The Golf State of Mind is a blend of sports psychology and practical application that will have you playing to the best of your abilities in a very short period of time.

My Top 50 Practice Drills

practice drills

How do you decide how to utilize your valuable practice time?Don’t be like most golfers and just beat balls with no real aim or purpose.

My practice system is about testing the skills you will need on the course, so you build a shot library for every situation. I call this the “1/3” rule:

1/3 Conscious: technical “block” practice – grooving a new movement.

1/3 Subconscious: Rhythm “Random” practice – making each shot a new challenge, in a very random order.

1/3 Competition simulation: Introducing the element of pressure, so there are consequences and you build your ability to hit a variety of shots under pressure.

In this practice drills book, I’m going to focus on the steps 2 and 3: drills to randomly test your skills and put your game under pressure. These drills are essential if you’re going to play better under the pressure of competition.
