How would you like feel supreme confidence over EVERY golf shot?
Or no longer feel nerves over those key shots?
Or have laser focus on the target?
Or play in competition like you do in practice?
Or shake off bad shots and holes in seconds?
In my new eBook “Golf State of Mind: Tips and Practice Drills to Master the Mental Game”, I include all the insights and experiences of the world’s best players to give you a structured path to allowing your true potential emerge. There are plenty of mental game books on the market. But most of them state the obvious and describe those emotions that you know you feel on the course but fail to tell you how to eliminate them. Better players simply have more control over their mental and emotional state, can enter “the zone” on demand, and simplify the game with a visual and feel approach. I’m going to show you techniques and drills for you to gain this same state of mind.
If you answer “Yes” to any of these questions, then this teaching is for you
Do You Choke on key shots?
Do You Need a good practice regime to work ALL areas of your game?
Do You Fail to Execute a smart course strategy?
Do You Think about your swing and not enough about the shot you are playing?
Do You Get too caught up with your score and play to avoid mistakes instead of swinging aggressively?
Do You Suffer from the Yips and can’t control your putting and chipping?
Do You Get nervous on the first tee and feel like the rest of your round depends on the outcome of this shot?
Do You Take frustration from the last shot onto the next?
Do You Put too much pressure on yourself by thinking about your score?
Do You Overcompensate for a hook or slice and put way too much focus on your swing and not enough on the target?
If you suffer from any of these negative interferences, you’re in luck. Try the Golf State of Mind Practice Drills, it’s totally risk free.
Technology and Swing Lessons ≠ Lower Scores
The last twenty years have been the most innovative in the history of golf. Drivers are bigger, balls fly farther and are more controllable, and clubs are more forgiving. We now have more analysis of our golf swings and ball flight than ever before. Yet statistics tell us the game we’ve not got any better and the average handicap remains at 16. So why have we not improved?
The answer lies in our lack of emotional, sensory and mental game development. We need to develop a golf state of mind.
In this eBook, I’ll share with you my insights and analysis from thousands of hours working with top players and interviewing golf’s leading coaches. The tips, drills and lessons contained will save you time and money I wrongfully invested in my own game and and will get you on the path to continuous improvement and lower scores right away.
“David captures the real essence of how to play golf with a clear mind while helping you focus on a repeatable process, instead of the technical details. David can help any golfer find his natural self. By doing this, he makes the game simpler and more fun for all. Way to go David.” ~ Eben Dennis, Power Feel Golf and Former Mental Coach for Nick Faldo
Play Golf With More Focus and Feel
Golf State of Mind is more than a eBook. It is a proven process for learning how to play golf with more confidence, mental toughness, and positive belief so you can get into the “zone” by thinking less on the golf course.
We all know being relaxed, focused and free of self doubt leads to shooting lower scores, but how does one achieve this mental state? The answer may surprise you. It isn’t reserved for the Rorys and Tigers of the world.
By practicing drills you would not expect, you’ll learn how to ingrain a “feeling” for shots. Did you hear about Seve and his 3-iron? if you have, you’ll get the idea. By learning the right habits and routines you will take control of your thoughts, manage your emotions and take full advantage of your natural skills to play better golf. Once you’ve developed a Golf State of Mind, you’ll unlock your true golf potential, lower your scores and have more fun on the golf course.
“David MacKenzie has created an amazing tool for anyone ready to tackle the mental game of golf. His “Golf State of Mind” system is very organized and yet exquisitely simple. David takes you through each aspect of the game, from long to short, talking you through the stumbling blocks and helping you clear them out of your way. I love it. His insights help my golf game, and my everyday life.” ~ Danielle Tucker, The Golf Club Radio Show.
Most Golf Practice is a Complete Waste of Time
Undoubtedly the best way to practice is with the same pressure you would feel on the golf course, not tinkering with your swing and hitting to the same target on the driving range. This eBook contains drills that will make you feel nerves and get better at handling them. You’ll play games against yourself and your heart will race over the last few shots to beat your best score, just as you would when coming down the stretch. You’ll learn how to get your mind and body synchronized and with non-technical thoughts by playing a relaxed game based around visualization and feel. This book has all the exercises to make this happen.

Golf State Of Mind heavily concentrates on helping the player stay in the moment, and helps the player overcome the ghosts of shots past and shots future. To date, I’ve read the eBook three times all the way from beginning to end. I have much work to do on my mental game, and much more time to spend working on refining it. Golf State Of Mind will be in my iPod, in my computer and in my car to help me get my game on the right mental path.”
– Tony Korologos, The Golf Space & Hooked On Golf Blog
– Jeff Skinner, LinksLifeGolf.com
“Played today with a consistent routine for the first time in my entire life (thanks to you). I just won my Club’s 40th Marathon–a one-day, 72-hole slog through the pouring rain this year–and I attribute my success to the mental discipline your eBook has helped me to develop (77!!!!). Thanks!”
– James Long Hale, Author of Golf Sonnets

“Thought I would let you know that I played a quick 9 this morning on my home course and shot a 4 under par “32” with 4 birdies and no bogies. The part about feeling the shot, visualization and just enjoying the round helped me “go to the next level”. Just the tone of the voice in it sets you up for a relaxed focused round. Last year at this time I was shooting in the low 80’s and upper 70’s most of the time. Although I have been playing for many years, this year has by far been my best with 2 sub par 70’s just in the last month. I will be 57 next month and feel like my best golf is yet to come.”
– Dave Davison, Lawrence, KS, USA.
– Sara Woodward, The Golf Police
“For me the mental game is the most over-looked aspect of golf teaching. This audio session is a great insight into why golfers under-perform and the disciplined shot routine reminds us of what a visual and feel based game this really is.”
– Christopher Ellis, Pyrford Golf Club, Surrey, UK.
– James Hardy, 14 Handicap, Sydney, Australia
“Thanks, David, for your indispensable guide to the mental game. Before your help, apprehension was my dominant emotion when addressing the ball. If I’m truthful with myself, I never knew where it was going to go. Your CD has given me the ability not only to visualise each shot as I want to play it, but also to hit it there.”
– Jonny Goodman, 22 Handicap, London, UK
– Simon Brandon, 18 Handicap, London, UK
“This is probably the best golf lesson I’ve taken. I feel that every time I practice and play, I’m getting better.”
– Felix Von Knorring, IEC Sports, Geneva, Switzerland.
