A Great Video Tip for Increasing Visualization and Feel for Long Putts

PGA Pro Charlie King gives us some great insight into how to improve feel in putting, which is especially important for good lag putting.

Good putting is all about utilizing and improving your sense of visualization and feel.If you are not developing these skills when you are working on your putting, you are not practicing in the most effective way. In other target sports, you’re looking at the target which makes it easier to keep focus external, instead of internal. Many golfers focus way too much on their strokes, which disconnects them from the target and inhibits fluidity.

I sourced these practice drills for putting as they are designed to get you focusing more on target and less on your mechanics. Use them in your putting practice routine and you’ll begin improving your feel in putting and see far fewer 3 putts.
